My left boob hurts

Its been hurting for 8-days. Ok my left boob on the outside hurts. My boobs have grown recently (feels like over night) and they might still be growing. I had sex days before I started my period.

My Left Breast Has Suddenly Become Enlarged And Painful. In the last two weeks, the breast has swollen a whole cup. I was just wondering if I could have some advice. Breast tissue is not sore to the touch, no lumps or bumps or whatsoever. Which makes sense bc my left boob is my bigger one. Okay so for about weeks now or maybe more. It also feels like there is a lump behind it.

It is also pointier than my left one.
